Online Registration and Handbook Forms

Hello!

We are excited for another school year!  As always, in order to be certain that our data is correct and that families have the opportunity to read our handbooks and policies - it is registration time!  There are instructions below for new families and returning families, so please scroll to the appropriate section.  If you have a student in school and are registering a new student, you are an existing family. If you need help, contact the school and we will be happy to help you navigate this process.  In addition, staff will be available during our annual Fall Sports/Concussion training meeting and during Open House to help you as well.  I have also included a video and instructions at the end of this article.

 

Families new to our district:  WELCOME!  We are excited to have you!  There are TWO registration processes that will need to be completed to enroll your student.  You will need to register in Infinite Campus and in rSchools.  Infinite Campus is the system we use to manage your student information, schedules, lunch balances, fees and grades.  It is SUPER important that this information is correct!  The second process is the registration in rSchools.  This is where you can sign up your student for activities and most importantly, complete all the necessary forms to comply with our handbook policies.  Please follow the instructions below.

1.  First, please read the district handbooks and policies by clicking HERE

2.  Next, you will need to create an account in our Student Information System, Infinite Campus.  Click HERE to set up an account if you are new to our district.  If you have EVER been a part of our district before, please move to the section below for RETURNING families.  You already have an Infinite Campus account and don't need to create a new one!

3.  Finally, click HERE to  complete the handbook forms and activity registrations. Once you complete the registration process you will be asked to create a username and password and the system will create an account for you.  Remember your username and password! You will need to complete a registration for each student enrolled in school (make sure you use the correct link for the correct grade level).  Once you complete the first registration click on "view my account" and then there will be a button to register another student.  Once the account is created, some information will autofill for each additional student you are registering.

        HINTS: Hints: Any box with an * must be filled in. If you don't have insurance you can type none or NA in both boxes. If your student isn't going out for an activity and None isn't an option, click anything - we can fix it later.

Returning families to our district: WELCOME BACK!  We can't wait to see you again!  This is also the instructions if you have had previous students enrolled in our district but you need to enroll a new student.      

1.  First, please read the district handbooks and policies by clicking HERE

2.  Next, you will need to log into your account in our Student Information System, Infinite Campus.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please contact the school and we can help reset those for you.  Click HERE to login, you can access your account on the Infinite Campus app on your device.  Once you log into your account, you will be forced to update your account information before you can access any other information.  First select a student.  Next, click on the 3 bars in the upper left corner of the screen and then click on the word "More".  Find "Online Registration" and click on that.  You will see the registration for the 24-25 school year.  Click on it and update your information.  You will have to do this for each student.  

3.  Finally, click HERE to  complete the handbook forms and activity registrations. If you are a returning student, you created an account last year and will use that username and password to log in.  If you have forgotten your login information, you can contact the school and we will try to help you reset it. You will then need to complete a registration for each student enrolled in school (make sure you use the correct link for the correct grade level).  Once you complete the first registration click on "view my account" and then there will be a button to register another student.  Most information from last year should autofill, so make sure it is correct before moving on to the next page.
