Elementary Dental Day and Health Screenings
Launch the media gallery 1 playerWe will be having our School Health Screenings and Fall Dental Day on Monday, October 9th. A dental form was sent home with your child for the dental day. PPHD is offering free dental sealants and fluoride treatments that day. Please fill out the consent form (the form is front and back, so make sure to turn it over) and return it to the school by 10/9 if you wish for your child to participate in dental days.
