CHIP
On February 16, 2012, Robert W. Furnas Lodge No. 265, Scottsbluff, NE, in cooperation with Bayard Public Schools sponsored the Child Identification Program (CHIP). The event consisted of digital photos, interview, and digital fingerprints uploaded to a computer disk, tooth prints and a DNA swab. All identification items were given to the parents with instructions for safekeeping at no charge. A total of 158 children participated in the program. A SPECIAL THANKYOU is extended to the high school juniors and seniors and parents who volunteered to provide this great opportunity for our community.
